It sounds like you are looking for a trailer battery box that mounts at the front of the trailer near the tongue and coupler (the coupler is what grips the hitch ball on the tow vehicle).

The closest offering we have would be the Torklift Power Armor Locking Battery Box, part # TLA7708R which measures 8-3/16 x 23 x 13. If you were to take an angle grinder and take a small bit of material off of one of the rails, the box could be made to fit pretty easily. Other than the 60 inch # TLA7710R box you mentioned, this is your best bet for a metal locking box. The Commercial Grade Battery Box # 329-HM408 does not offer a way to lock the lid from the manufacturer. Since the box is a molded plastic it wouldn't be to difficult to add 2 Hasps # 720DPF to lock the lid in place.

Powerhouse doesn't offer the strap as a separate item, but the BoatBuckle Gas Tank Tie-Down Strap, part # IMF05352 would work fine for you although it's going to be a bit longer than you need. The yellow pin of the part # 277-000141 that you referenced is normally used for the reverse light circuit. This is typically used for reverse lights on the trailer or for a reverse lockout solenoid for if the trailer has surge brakes.

We carry different types of 16 gauge wire. We have bonded 4-Wire, # 16-4B-1, jacketed 4 wire, # DW03240-1, bonded 3-Wire, # 16-3B-1, and single wire # 16-1-1.
Each of these are available in increments of 1 foot. So if you needed 8 feet you would enter 8 in the quantity box for an 8 foot length of wire. I would over estimate it because it is better to have too much wire than not enough.
